Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and apply professional concepts to resolve critical issues, exercising wide latitude in detrmining objectives and approaches to complex assignments.
• Work on significant and unique issues requiring evaluation of intangibles, with a longer term view that impacts strategic goals spanning multiple functions.
• Contribute to company objectives and principles, influencing program success and shaping future products and technical direction
• Apply extensive knowledge across highly specialized fields and related disciplines to drive impactful, production-grade outcomes rainand fine-tune models using LoRA and other parameter-efficient techniques; design, train, and evaluate multimodal (models from scratch.
• Apply reinforcement learning techniques to model development and optimization. Optimize inference pipelines using TensorRT, quantization, pruning, and similar techniques to meet production performance requirements.
• Deploy, debug, and maintain distributed systems in cloud environments; monitor models in production and handle data drift and system failures.
• Perform data gathering, cleaning, and curation to build high-quality training and evaluation datasets.
• Work closely with Product and Operations to design and optimize worktlows, aligning technical execution with business objectives
• Comfortable working within a gated, continuous deployment workflow requiring unit, component, and integration tests

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Java/ Golang/ Python
• JavaScript.
• Modern Agent frameworks-OpenAl Arents SDK LangGraph/ Google ADK/SmolAgents comparable frameworks.
• Experience building agentic products or solutions
• AWS cloud
• Strong understanding of Software Architecture -C4 Model or similar
• OpenSearch or Elasticsearch experience is preferred
• Familiarity with client-side web technologie (React, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
• Azure Cloud
• Docker, Kubernetes
