AI Engineer

This resource will primarily support a new strategic initiative focused on AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation. Preference will be given to candidates who can work from one of our offices,

Desired qualifications:

Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI workflows

Strong object-oriented programming skills

o .NET/C# preferred

o Java experience also acceptable

Strong understanding of relational databases and non-relational/document databases

Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns

Experience working with document databases and unstructured data

Exposure to data and analytics solutions

Strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 5 10+ years in software development.

Strong expertise in C#/.NET or Java.

Practical experience building Generative AI or LLM-based enterprise applications.

Familiarity with RAG, vector search, agentic AI, and enterprise integrations.

Ability to design scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
