Priory Life Works House has an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is offered on a Part Time basis working 30 hours per week. The pro rata salary for this role is £21,600 per annum.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 15:00, but we are happy to discuss your preferences for example if you would prefer condensed hours across 4 days of the week.
Life Works House is a residential treatment service in Old Woking, Surrey, providing support for adults. The service is located approximately two miles from Woking town centre and is accessible by public transport, with local bus stops a 2–5 minute walk away and Woking railway station approximately a 10-minute taxi journey from the site.

What you'll be doing
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our site safe, well maintained and welcoming for colleagues, patients and visitors. You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and minor improvement works, ensuring our Property Maintenance Standards are met while contributing to a safe, efficient and well-cared-for environment.

- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A customer-focused approach with excellent teamwork skills.
