Contract: Permanent | Multiple Positions Available

Maintenance Engineers – Up to £60k – Established Manufacturer – Immediate Interviews!

Are you an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge with a well-established manufacturing business?

M-Tec Engineering Solutions is recruiting multiple experienced Maintenance Engineers to join a busy, high-volume manufacturing facility in Droitwich.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established engineering team, working with injection moulding machinery, robotics and automated production equipment.

With a competitive salary package of £57,000–£60,000, ongoing investment in engineering and opportunities to develop your technical skills, this is certainly worth a conversation!

What's on offer?
  • £57,000 – £60,000 salary package

  • Continental shift pattern – 12-hour days and nights

  • Permanent positions with an established manufacturer

  • Company pension and life assurance

  • Employee assistance programme

  • Ongoing training and technical development

  • Career progression opportunities

What will you be doing?

Working as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team, you'll be responsible for keeping production running smoothly across a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding on production machinery

  • Maintaining injection moulding machines, robotics and automated assembly equipment

  • Diagnosing hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical faults

  • PLC fault finding and troubleshooting

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability

What are we looking for?

We're keen to speak with Maintenance Engineers who have:

  • A recognised engineering apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)

  • Strong electrical fault-finding experience within manufacturing

  • Experience maintaining automated production equipment

  • Good working knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics

  • The ability to read electrical drawings and diagnose faults effectively

  • A proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance and problem-solving

Experience within plastics, injection moulding or other high-volume manufacturing environments would be a distinct advantage.

However, we're equally interested in hearing from electrically biased engineers from other automated manufacturing environments who have the right technical experience.

Interested?

With multiple positions available, we're keen to speak with Maintenance Engineers who are considering their next move.

Whether you're actively looking or simply curious about what else is out there, we'd welcome a confidential conversation.

Apply today with your latest CV and M-Tec Engineering Solutions will be in touch to discuss the opportunity further.
