ServiceNow Business Analyst

Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst.

Location: Pontiac, MI.

Duration: 2+ Years Contract. (Hybrid| 2 days per week in office)

Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

• Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.
• Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.
• BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.
• BSA duties will also include data analysis, design solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Environment:

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex)
• Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus
• M365 Productivity Suite  
• Data analytics experience
• Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus
