Our success in each area of our business is only attainable by having a culture-oriented, well-trained team of professionals who are focused on exceeding customer expectations. Find the place in our organization that you'd like to make a difference in, and grow with us. Responsibilities
Lead, coach, train, and motivate the new-vehicle sales team. Establish and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives. Manage the sales process from customer greeting through delivery. Work deals with sales consultants and assist with negotiations and closing. Monitor individual salesperson performance, appointments, follow-up, closing ratios, and gross profit. Ensure all customer leads, internet inquiries, phone calls, and showroom opportunities are handled promptly and professionally.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve escalated customer concerns. Monitor new-vehicle inventory, aging units, incoming inventory, and vehicle availability. Work with the General Sales Manager and inventory team to maintain appropriate model mix and inventory levels. Review and manage new-car pricing, incentives, rebates, and manufacturer programs. Ensure sales staff are knowledgeable about current Chevrolet products, features, technology, incentives, and competitive vehicles.

Maintain compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and all applicable laws and regulations. Work closely with F&I to ensure a smooth and professional transition from sales to finance. Monitor CSI and customer satisfaction results and implement corrective action when necessary. Conduct sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and ongoing product/process training. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management of sales personnel. Review and approve sales paperwork and ensure deals are properly structured and processed.

Help maximize dealership gross profit while maintaining a customer-focused sales approach. Participate in dealership promotions, events, and community activities. Lead by example and maintain a professional, positive, accountable sales culture.
