AI Project ManagerImplementation lead

Purpose

Establish the internal AI platform and developer platform enablement environment needed to support controlled, reusable, and scalable AI engineering across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

Build the AI platform foundation that supports engineering teams delivering enterprise AI use cases.

Contribute to the design of the developer portal and internal platform abstractions that make reuse, onboarding, and standardization easier.

Help define how developers access models, tools, orchestration capabilities, observability, and governance controls in a structured way.

Ensure the platform supports measurement, optimization, and operational feedback loops rather than ad hoc development practices.

Work with architecture and delivery teams to stress-test process and platform choices in a controlled internal environment.

Role requirements

Experience in platform engineering, developer portals, internal developer platforms, or AIML platform engineering.

Ability to design scalable abstractions for engineering teams while respecting enterprise architecture constraints.

Knowledge of observability, lifecycle services, onboarding models, and service enablement patterns.

Strong collaboration skills with architects, engineers, and quality teams.
