Job Description

Role:            Project Manager 1 – Gong Engage

Location:     Remote

Duration:     7/27/2026 to 7/31/2027

Note:

·       You will define how the business engages with Gong Engage and each other: the cross-functional structure, the ongoing Sales Plays and content model, and the product feedback loop with Gong.

·       The person in this seat shapes how a 20,000-person sales organization stays connected and aligned around a core platform.

About the Role

·       This role owns the structure and ongoing engagement model that supports Gong Engage across Client''s global sales organization.

·       Rather than owning the rollout itself, this role architects how the business engages around the platform - building the cross-functional structure, the stakeholder engagement model, the framework for sustaining Sales Plays and content, and the product feedback loop with Gong.

·        It sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, sales enablement, and cross-functional coordination, translating platform capability into measurable seller productivity and revenue impact.

What You''ll Do

·       Build the Engagement Structure: Design and stand up the framework for how key stakeholders - enablement, ops, regional leadership, and field teams - engage, decide, and stay aligned throughout the rollout. Establish governance, cadences, and escalation paths.

·       Sustain Sales Play Engagement: Build and maintain the ongoing engagement model for how sales plays and content are surfaced, refreshed, and kept relevant within Engage, partnering with regional teams to integrate localized content.

·       Structure the Migration Approach: Define how stakeholders engage and coordinate through the OCC-to-Engage migration - alignment, change management, and communication - rather than owning migration execution directly.

·       Frame the Rollout Engagement Model: Define how teams, regions, and functions connect and coordinate as the rollout progresses, ensuring the right structure supports phasing, enablement, and adoption.

·       Own the Product Feedback Loop: Partner with the internal product manager to document, prioritize, and communicate roadmap needs and feature requests to Gong, keeping the platform aligned with global sales strategy.

·       Measure Engagement and Impact: Define engagement and adoption metrics, track them, and report progress to leadership.

What You''ll Need

·       Program Management Expertise: Proven track record building structures and coordination models across complex, multi-functional programs at enterprise scale.

·       Gong Platform Knowledge: Deep, hands-on understanding of Gong Engage capabilities and the broader Gong suite (Conversation Intelligence, Forecast).

·       Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and align cross-functional partners without direct authority, from field sellers to senior leadership.

·       Operational Rigor: Discipline to build and sustain repeatable structures, cadences, and coordination across a global program.

·       Regional Coordination: Experience partnering across geographies to localize and land global programs.

Nice to Have

·       Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) integrations and the broader revenue tech stack.

·       Background in sales enablement or seller productivity.

·       Familiarity with RTB (run-the-business) frameworks and sales play methodologies.

·       Prior experience with sales engagement platforms.

What Sets This Role Apart
This is a strategic leadership role focused on building the structure and engagement model around a critical platform—not owning the rollout or technical implementation.
