About the Role:

Join the Tracker team, responsible for delivering secure, high-quality applications that support payment preparation and tracking. You will play a key role in ensuring application quality, reliability, and security through robust testing and automation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Python, Shell scripting, and Linux
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for test design and automation
• Identify, track, and support resolution of software defects
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Analyze test results and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide technical assistance

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium)
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java
• Experience working with RHEL (Linux) environments
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for testing and validation
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
