Role: Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer

Location: Remote
Contract: 6-months

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer with 5+ years of Salesforce QA experience, including strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual and automated testing, end-to-end Salesforce workflows, integrations, and regression testing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ applications.
• Develop comprehensive end-to-end test cases covering Salesforce and cross-system integrations.
• Create and maintain test plans, regression test suites, and QA documentation.
• Test Salesforce UI, navigation, reports, page layouts, and customizations.
• Perform integration testing using Web/API automation.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and business users to identify and resolve defects.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, story pointing, test planning, and defect triage.
• Define and report QA metrics and daily/weekly testing status.
• Develop automated test plans for Salesforce components and integrations.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA/testing, with strong Salesforce CPQ testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce UI and navigation.
• Strong experience with end-to-end and integration testing.
• Experience testing Salesforce CPQ processes and workflows.
• Experience with Java, JUnit, and Selenium for test automation.
• Experience with Web/API automation and backend testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, reports, page layouts, and customizations.
• Strong ability to create clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred:

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with Copado, Flosum, or other CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API testing.
