Description
This position is a contract role requiring onsite presence five days a week at our headquarters in the USA. 
The role involves providing technical support, handling hardware issues, and managing IT assets. 
Candidates should have experience with ticketing systems and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Deploy and image laptops and desktops for new employees.
Provide end-to-end troubleshooting and hardware support.
Manage the return merchandise process for testing returned devices.
Handle IT asset recovery and offboarding procedures.
Fulfill software installation and update requests, and support virtual environments.

Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in desktop or technical support.
Proficiency with a ticketing system similar to ServiceNow.
Strong communication skills for daily updates and status reports.
Experience with imaging and deploying hardware.
Comfortable working onsite five days a week.
