Detailed Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Google Cloud Platform / Kubernetes DevOps Engineer to design, implement, automate, and support cloud infrastructure and containerized applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and workloads on Google Cloud Platform/GKE.
• Develop and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Helm charts for Kubernetes application deployments.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Python, Ansible, and Node.js.
• Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using Prometheus and related tools.
• Monitor system health, performance, availability, and resource utilization across Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, networking, Linux, containers, and application deployments.
