Client: Sogeti/Federal Home Loan Bank

Hourly Pay: $30/Hr on W2

Benefits: None. This is a temporary consulting/contract position without any benefits.

Title: Service Desk/Deskside Technician

Location: 500 SW Wanamaker Rd, Topeka, KS 66606

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Work Authorization: USC

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift :: 7 am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm

Job Description

FHLB Topeka has yet another opportunity they’d like our help with – they have Service Desk/Deskside opening.

Here are the requirements:

Help Desk/Service Desk/Desk Side
Great communication, great disposition, go getter problem solver
Experience with some type of ticketing system – they use TrackIt, but this is not required
If any experience with imaging machines, that is a plus
