We’re hiring a motivated real estate sales support administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events.

Compensation: $15/hour + commission opportunities

Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
Coordinate appointments, showings, and walkthroughs. Communicate with clients, agents, and team members. Maintain accurate client records and activity using the team's CRM
Support daily office operations and follow-up tasks
Qualifications:
What you bring (must-haves):
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

Licensed agents (or pursuing a real estate license) welcome; transaction experience preferred
Nice-to-haves:
Familiarity with CRMs, MLS, and transaction management platforms
What success looks like at 6 months:
Smooth closings, reduced errors/delays, positive agent feedback
Consistent appointment quotas met, conversion rates improving, and predictable income
