Python AI FullStack Engineer

Location - Westlake TX/ Boston MA and Durham NC 5 days onsite every alternate week

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Node.js, AI/ML technologies, AWS Cloud, and modern web application development. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade web applications and APIs using Python and Node.js.

Build and integrate AI-powered solutions, including NLP, semantic search, and machine learning capabilities.

Develop robust RESTful APIs and web services supporting business-critical applications.

Design and optimize data models, databases, and backend services using SQL and modern cloud-native architectures.

Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS Cloud environments.

Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes using Terraform.

Drive CI/CD best practices using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment.

Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote engineering excellence.

Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing frameworks.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, and other productivity tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.

Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to architectural decision-making.

Requirements

<>Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of full-stack software development experience building enterprise applications and APIs.
• Strong proficiency in: Python, SQL, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, AWS Cloud Services.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML, NLP, and Search-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
• Experience working with web services such as REST, JSON, SOAP, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of source control and collaborative development using GitHub and pull request workflows.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, unit testing, and quality engineering practices.
• Proven ability to lead projects, mentor engineers, and drive technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
