PKI Software Support with Security Clearance

Description Information Security Corporation, an SAIC company is seeking a candidate for a PKI Software Support position. . The successful candidate will be involved in supporting multiple software projects and provide off-site customer support, while working closely with the local support/sales/R&D teams, as well as headquarters staff in Oak Park, IL. Candidate must reside in the Chicago or Washington, DC area. Qualifications

• Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience
• Customer technical: 3 years (Preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of PKI and security-related concepts, with significant experience in the administration and configuration of PKI software on Windows and Linux
• Above average oral and written communications skills with a demonstrated aptitude for communicating effectively with fellow employees and customers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and troubleshoot hardware and software bottlenecks
• Familiarity with configuring hardware security modules (HSMs)
• Admin experience with Apache Tomcat and/or Red Hat JBoss including experience troubleshooting TLS issues
• Knowledge of database configuration/management using Oracle, HSQL, or PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience configuring Cisco and/or Aruba networking devices
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux usage and administration
• A working knowledge of current ISC products would be a definite plus!
• U.S. citizenship (with clear background check)
• TS/SCI security clearance Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
