  • Work with business to understand as-is and provide solution for the to-be process.
  • Provide guidance to end users on the new process and help troubleshoot issues.
  • Communicate issues clearly and effectively to next-level support ie. developers, solution architect, or management.
  • Relay information and provide feedback to end users.
  • Create and update instructions and documentation
  • Serve as first point of contact (face-to-face and remote) for web application users who need technical instructions or process help. (Training will be provided on the specific processes and software.)
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate to technical or business process experts as needed.
  • Test software changes through end-to-end business processes and communicate findings.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Have worked with Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS)
  • Working knowledge of MS Visio, MS Project, and MS Office products
  • Proficiency in English
  • Flexible, adaptable, quick learner, and problem solver
  • Customer-oriented, being comfortable and confident working with a large number of end users
  • Have experience in Help Desk/IT Support role and/or other customer support role
  • Experience with PLM software such as TeamCenter, ENOVIA, V5 VPLM, V4 VPM, etc…
  • Have knowledge of Dassault’s ecosystem (CATIA, ENOVIA, etc…). Emphasis on ENOVIA R2013X
Preferred:
  • Have knowledge of database systems (Oracle, SQL, DB2, etc…)
  • Degree in IT, MIS, or Computer Science
Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to be on-site in Wichita, KS
