ROLE:                          SAP QM Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Strong hands -on SAP PP/QM - Production Planning and Quality Management modules
• SAP QM Consultant
• - Need of a strong SAP QM resource that has experience in Life Science Industry.
• Pharma/Life Sciences/Biotech industry experience required
• Proven experience SAP PP/QM process & MRP
  • SAP QM inspection planning, quality certificates, MICs, quality notification
  • Able to work with MRP/PP Discreet/integration to MII/QM integration
  • Experience with solution design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support
  • Knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed
• PP-QM Integration
• QM in Production / Procurement / Sales
• MRP Area--Capacity Planning, Production Planning and Product cost planning
  Demand Management
• project management skills / time management, organizational, data management/analysis
• Support - HP Service Manager / Testing tools HP Application Lifecycle Management (HP ALM);
  Master Recipe, Production Version, Process Messages Monitoring
• Quality Planning
  Inspection Plans, Material Specification, Inspection Lot, Sampling scheme
  Link of Class characteristics with Inspection characteristics,
  Transferring result recording value to the class characteristics value.
