Supply Chain Solutions Architect

Lead technical solution delivery for new and existing customer implementations, translating business requirements into application and integration designs. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope and testing, support go-live readiness, and build and certify retail compliance labels using ZPL.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements, estimates, and solution documentation.
• Design application configurations and data flows between customers and company applications.
• Coordinate requirements and troubleshooting among business owners, customers, application teams, and IT developers.
• Manage project scope, change requests, risks, and delivery status reporting.
• Plan and support testing, defect resolution, and system and operational readiness for go-live.
• Build and certify retail compliance labels for customer implementations.
