The Role

• Focus on new B2B development through networking and prospecting in the northern Illinois area.
• Generate new revenue and meet ambitious sales targets.
• Build and nurture a strong customer network of property and facility management professionals.
• Utilize business intelligence to support sales activities, including cold calls, presentations, and proposals.
• Participate actively in industry trade organizations to expand reach and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales and pipeline tracking within the CRM system.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the service industry.
• A confident, entrepreneurial spirit with strong self-motivation and goal-driven focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Excellent networking, prospecting, and cold-calling skills.
• A valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
