Job Description:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, business or related field.

Business Analyst experience or in a related role Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

Strong experience leading, facilitating and motivating teams for medium to large scale IT projects

Strong understanding and experience working with stakeholders in achieving their goals

Strong background in facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions

Demonstrated experience in the creation of User Stories

Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization

Demonstrated understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment.

Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.

Ability to develop productive working relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate with people across the organizationAbility to manage projects to successful conclusion.

Ability to handle multiple tasks beyond the routine

High degree of independence, intuition, and initiative

Ability to maintain composure and control when things do not proceed as planned.

Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of functional and basic technical components

Desired:

Prior healthcare industry experience

Strong understanding of healthcare enterprise systems
