Our client is looking for Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM Implementation Consultant in Malvern, PA location below is the detailed requirement.

Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM Implementation Consultant

Location: Malvern, PA

Job Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional consulting, business analysis, or CRM delivery.
  • Lead requirement-gathering workshops, understand business needs, and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional requirements.
  • Manage client and business stakeholders, acting as the key functional point of contact throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Prepare and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
  • Work closely with onsite and offshore development and testing teams.
  • Review development progress, clarify requirements, and ensure delivery aligns with business expectations.
  • Lead and support UAT, defect resolution, solution validation, and deployment.
  • Coordinate functional risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly Sales and Customer Service.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience working with CRM integrations, APIs, and data migration.
  • Experience reviewing development progress and coordinating with development and testing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and end-to-end software delivery.
  • Ability to independently lead functional workstreams and drive requirements from discovery through production deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience in large-scale CRM transformation programs.
  • Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders and Product teams.
