Day in the Life: This person will serve as the SME for Maximo implementation while remaining hands-on in the environment. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with development, architecture, solution design, and stakeholder interaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing Maximo solutions to support future module rollouts.
  • Writing and troubleshooting automation scripts.
  • Developing workflows, business rules, and custom solutions.
  • Supporting and designing integrations between Maximo and enterprise applications, including NetSuite and future ArcGIS integrations.
  • Evaluating the current implementation and recommending improvements.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Working closely on platform enhancements and future-state architecture.
  • Providing architectural guidance and development expertise while collaborating with an internal administrator who handles day-to-day system configuration.
