AI Analyst

Location: 100% Remote
Experience: 2–10+ years

We are seeking an experienced AI Analyst to design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and improve operational performance. This is a hands-on role focused on building AI applications using modern Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience taking AI solutions from concept through deployment while collaborating with both business and technology stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI Agents, prompt engineering, and model orchestration frameworks

• Experience developing AI applications using Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, Spark AI, or similar enterprise AI platforms

• Strong Python programming skills with AI/ML libraries and frameworks

• SQL and data analysis experience

• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model evaluation, responsible AI, and governance

• Experience with Git, DevOps, CI/CD, and version control

• AIOps experience

• Predictive log analysis

• Automated incident remediation

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

• IT Operations automation

• Design, build, test, and deploy enterprise AI solutions

• Evaluate and select appropriate AI models and architectures

• Develop prompts, AI agents, and retrieval strategies

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and business processes

• Monitor AI performance and recommend continuous improvements

• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and Responsible AI standards

• Document technical designs and implementation procedures

• Partner with business and technology teams to identify AI opportunities
