Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of VibeIQ implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support
Provide application support and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction
Monitor post-implementation success by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), gathering user feedback, and supporting user adoption
Optimize system configurations based on business needs and operational feedback
Serve as a subject matter expert for VibeIQ product capabilities and best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend effective solutions
Work closely with product management and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and recommend product enhancements
Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize platform value and business outcomes
