Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to manage, maintain, configure, and support PeopleSoft environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production. The candidate should have strong hands on experience with PeopleTools, PeopleSoft Application Server, Web Server/PIA, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, WebLogic, Tuxedo, Oracle Database, PUM, upgrades, patching, and migrations.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, administer, and maintain PeopleSoft environments.
- Manage PeopleTools, Application Server, Web Server/PIA, Process Scheduler, and Integration Broker.
- Configure and troubleshoot WebLogic and Tuxedo.
- Perform PeopleSoft installation, upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
- Manage PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) images and application updates.
- Perform environment refreshes, cloning, migrations, and deployments.
- Use DPK and Change Assistant for PeopleTools and PeopleSoft maintenance activities.
- Monitor application availability, system health, batch processes, and performance.
- Troubleshoot application server, web server, middleware, database connectivity, and integration issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Process Scheduler and batch jobs.
- Support PeopleSoft security, user provisioning, roles, permission lists, and access controls.
- Support Integration Broker, web services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Perform performance tuning and root-cause analysis for production issues.
- Work closely with developers, functional consultants, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
- Provide L2/L3 production support and participate in on-call activities.
- Support disaster recovery, backup/recovery, high availability, and business continuity activities.

- 6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
- Strong hands on experience in PeopleSoft production and non-production environments.
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM environments is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and incident-management skills.
