Senior Digital Transformation Programme Lead

Tryzens Global is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, multi-workstream digital CX transformation for a major Australian retail group.

The programme covers a multi-brand eCommerce re-platform, order management, customer service, a native mobile app, and extensive integration, martech and loyalty layers delivered across onshore and offshore pods and multiple third parties.
