The Role

• Represent a premium window and door brand at retail locations, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with potential customers, sparking interest in high-quality replacement window and door solutions.
• Generate qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultation appointments through engaging conversations.
• Set up and maintain attractive, professional product displays.
• Connect with shoppers and build trust to drive interest in the company's offerings.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation for travel to various retail locations and events.
• A naturally outgoing personality and a passion for connecting with new people.
• The ability to confidently handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• A genuine enjoyment of helping customers and making a strong first impression.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup and comfort being on your feet during shifts.
