Growth and Marketing Lead

About the Role

As the first Growth and Marketing Lead at an AI infrastructure company, you will shape the brand narrative and build the growth engine from the ground up. You will work closely with the founding go-to-market team and CEO, combining creative storytelling with data-driven experimentation for technical buyers.

What You'll Do

• Develop positioning and messaging across channels for products focused on AI simulation, evaluation, and observability.

• Create technical content for AI engineers and founders, including articles, launch announcements, case studies, and product teardowns.

• Build and optimize inbound growth through SEO, generative engine optimization, and AI-native distribution.

• Run experiments across social, email, paid, and community channels, measuring results and iterating on performance.

• Design creative campaigns to build awareness in the voice AI and conversational AI markets.

• Lead product marketing and launches, including competitive positioning and sales materials.

• Build community and ecosystem presence through events, executive dinners, and co-marketing activities.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of marketing or growth experience at a startup, with hands-on examples of impact.

• Demonstrated SEO and generative engine optimization experience, including improving organic reach and discoverability.

• A track record of creative or unconventional marketing campaigns that delivered measurable results.

• Experience building data-driven marketing programs, reporting on campaign performance, and using insights to improve outcomes.

• Familiarity with product-led growth metrics and systems, and the ability to build programs autonomously without an established playbook.

• Experience creating content for technical audiences, ideally in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or technical SaaS.

• Strong storytelling skills for AI or developer audiences; experience with customer narratives, community programs, or ecosystem marketing is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $100,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
