Business Analyst

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Business Analyst to support our finance and insurance lines of business. You will analyze financial and operational data, document requirements, and recommend process and system improvements to enhance client service and risk management. Partner with bankers, operations, and technology teams to develop reports, dashboards, and insights that drive relationship banking. This role offers exposure to commercial and community banking projects, professional development, and opportunities to impact local businesses and communities in a collaborative, integrity-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for banking and insurance-related initiatives
• Analyze financial, client, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making
• Collaborate with bankers, operations, IT, and leadership to design process and system improvements
• Support testing, implementation, and adoption of new tools, reports, and workflows
• Prepare clear documentation, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance standards in financial services
• Contribute to projects that support relationship banking and community-focused initiatives
