The Role • Perform expert drain cleaning and unclogging services for residential and commercial customers. • Clearly explain diagnosed issues, present solutions, and obtain customer approval before commencing work. • Operate specialized drain cleaning machinery, high-pressure jetters, and pipe inspection cameras. • Maintain and stock service vehicles, track tools, and ensure accurate completion of all service documentation. What You'll Need • Basic understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems. • Ability to perform drain cleaning using a range of equipment. • Skill in removing and resetting essential plumbing components such as toilets and p-traps. • Strong customer communication and service skills. • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
