Job Description

You’ll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and onboarding new clients to meet sales goals. The job involves persuading others through gaining an understanding of where they’re coming from and using that information to help them realize that our firm can help them with their desired resolution. Personal interactions will generally be upbeat and cheerful, requiring someone who is warm, helpful, and friendly. There will be a fair degree of difference from one day to the next, especially with regard to personal interactions.

Each day is different from the next, especially in personal interactions
A great deal of attention is devoted to building and maintaining relationships
Leadership through building and maintaining strong relationships
Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of
Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
Produce sales reports on a regular basis to present a status update on progress toward company customer acquisition goals
At least one year of experience as a sales representative
Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills
Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred
~ Speaker-- you MUST be willing to meet with the public (either in person or remotely)
