Required Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with enterprise HCM / ERP systems and the ability to work independently in a complex implementation environment.

• Hands-on Workday HCM experience supporting implementation, testing, production support, or major lifecycle activities.

• Hands-on PeopleSoft HCM experience with the ability to understand legacy processes, terminology, data, and business rules.

• Experience supporting functional testing, defect analysis, issue resolution, data validation, and implementation documentation.

• Ability to translate technical and ERP concepts into clear business language for HCM stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated self-starter who can manage priorities with limited supervision while collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups.

• Ability to operate effectively in a multi-entity organization with differing business practices and stakeholder perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct PeopleSoft HCM-to-Workday migration experience.

• Workday HCM certification, Workday Pro accreditation, or equivalent demonstrable implementation experience.

• Broader experience across multiple HCM functional areas is valuable; exact module priorities will be confirmed with SUIT.

• Experience with governmental, tribal, public-sector, gaming, investment, or other complex organizational environments.

• Experience working alongside a third-party Workday system integrator in a client-side implementation support role.

• Experience supporting end-user readiness, knowledge transfer, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
