Business Systems Manager

TriNet is seeking a Business Systems Manager to lead the optimization of our HR, payroll, and benefits technology platforms that power services for small and midsize businesses. In this performance-driven, collaborative role, you will analyze business processes, define requirements, and manage system enhancements to improve scalability, compliance, and client experience. You'll partner closely with HR, payroll, benefits, risk, and technology teams, overseeing configuration, integrations, data integrity, and reporting while driving user adoption and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of core business and HR systems supporting Tri
• Net's PEO services.
• Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and client experience.
• Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Oversee system configuration, integrations, data quality, and access controls.
• Partner with HR, payroll, benefits, risk, and technology teams to deliver cross-functional solutions.
• Manage implementation and enhancement projects, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics for operational insights.
• Establish and enforce governance, documentation, and best practices for system use.
• Drive user training, change management, and adoption of new features and processes.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues impacting clients and internal users.
