Your Mission

As Senior Customer Success Manager, your mission is to take strategic ownership of a portfolio of enterprise customers and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the manufacturing industry. We offer you the opportunity to

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, helping customers translate their business priorities into measurable success with SPARETECH.
  • Drive Retention and Expansion: Identify risks and growth opportunities early, lead proactive success planning, and contribute directly to strong retention, low churn, and sustainable account growth.
  • Represent SPARETECH Externally: Represent us in strategic customer meetings, customer events, webinars, roundtables, and our own regional meetups.
  • Lead by Example: Fully dedicate yourself to self-leadership, driving your personal and professional development while strengthening each each colleague in the team.
  • Shape How We Scale Customer Success: Partner with the VP Customer Success, Product, Sales, and the wider CS team to enhance customer journeys, influence product feedback loops, and build scalable CS practices.

Become a part of our team if you

  • Bring Senior CS Experience: Have 4-7 years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise customers in complex, technical, or manufacturing-related environments. You understand process design, CS models, customer segmentation, retention levers, expansion motions, and how to drive measurable customer value in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Think Strategically and Commercially: Can independently manage a complex customer portfolio, prioritize effectively, identify risks and opportunities, and drive initiatives across different stakeholder groups.
  • Build Executive Relationships: Connect confidently with key decision-makers and executive sponsors, run strategic conversations, and are willing to travel 2-4 times per month to strengthen customer partnerships and build a vital customer community in the DACH region.
  • Bring Technical and Industry Curiosity: You build up deep product and manufacturing knowledge, thrive on technical challenges, proactively resolve client issues, optimize product adoption, and ensure seamless integration to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand Manufacturing: Have firsthand experience with manufacturing processes and know the manufacturing industry from the inside.
  • Speak Fluently: Are proficient in both German and English.

You can expect

  • A remote-yes company, where you can decide every day whether you work from home, at our Stuttgart or Munich office, or at any Design Office in Germany.
  • A permanent employment contract, 30 days of vacation, and the opportunity to participate in the company's success through our VSOP program.
  • Modern hardware and the frame for a height-adjustable desk.
  • An annual training budget of 1000 EURO for your professional development.
  • In Germany: A subsidized job bike to escape city traffic and a Wellpass gym membership to stay active.
  • A dynamic start-up atmosphere and an international team in which new ideas, creative approaches, and cooperation at eye level are valued.
  • To enjoy Corporate Benefits, including discounts on fashion, travel, and much more from various companies.

About SPARETECH

SPARETECH's vision is to empower the zero-waste industrial sharing economy by enabling maintenance and procurement teams at manufacturing leaders like Bosch, Porsche, and Nestlé to reduce MRO spend and optimize inventory through accurate part information, internal transparency, and market visibility.

To achieve this, we have built, and continue to build, an AI-powered MRO software that connects all players in the spare parts ecosystem, from manufacturers and suppliers to the people working behind the machines. By facilitating the exchange of data, knowledge, and expertise, we create shared visibility that empowers smarter decisions, reduces waste, and drives seamless collaboration. This connected spare parts intelligence unlocks value that extends far beyond software.

Backed by Insight Partners, SPARETECH is accelerating its growth with a strong focus on product innovation and team excellence. We take pride in our inclusive and collaborative culture, as well as our energetic and committed team.
