Salesforce QA Lead - Active Security Clearance Required

Job Title: Salesforce QA Lead

Start: Immediate
Duration: 6-12 Months to start

Location: Remote
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance or higher

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, test planning, execution, and reporting for Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, scripts, and test data.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Test Salesforce Service Cloud / Service Console, Case Management, Queues, Workflows, Flows, Reports & Dashboards.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and data.
• Manage defects through identification, triage, tracking, retesting, and closure.
• Coordinate and support UAT with business stakeholders.
• Perform regression and smoke testing following Salesforce releases/deployments.
• Maintain requirements traceability and QA documentation.
• Provide QA status, quality metrics, risks, and release-readiness recommendations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, BAs, and project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Minium of 7+ years of QA/testing experience.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud testing experience.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Experience with defect/test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
