ServiceNow Platform Lead

Introduction:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the ServiceNow platform team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with business goals. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, coordinate sprint planning, evaluate project deliverables, and drive initiatives to enhance project execution and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
• Engage in planning resource allocation and conduct performance appraisals

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and functional knowledge including integrations and platform capabilities
• Experience in driving Platform modernization, AI/Now Assist, and Value realization roadmap discussions
• Managed Services Delivery Leadership experience
• ServiceNow Technical Governance expertise

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• ITIL Foundation certification
