We're hiring on behalf of a leading technical service provider in the energy sector. This employer plays a crucial role in the energy transition by modernizing and constructing critical infrastructure for medium, high, and ultra-high voltage substations across Southwestern Germany. The Role

• Constructing steel structures for 110kV to 380kV switchgear (air and gas-insulated systems).
• Assembling high and medium voltage equipment, including setup materials like HV clamps, and suspension/support insulators.
• Performing assembly and disassembly of screwed and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable assembly, including cable pulling.
• Revising and marking up plan documents.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith or metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in locksmithing, ideally within construction, mechanical and plant engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry.
• Ideally, experience working safely with electrical installations.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to job sites with your own vehicle.
• Readiness for regular site assignments (Monday-Friday) throughout Southwestern Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and a motivated, self-directed work approach.
