We're hiring on behalf of a respected organization known for its commitment to national security and technological advancement. This employer is seeking a seasoned professional to strengthen their cybersecurity operations and safeguard critical mission systems.

The Role

• Provide detection, identification, and reporting of cyber-attacks, intrusions, and anomalous activities.
• Analyze network traffic and system data to identify threats and unusual patterns.
• Correlate security events and incidents using information from various enterprise sources.
• Perform cyber incident triage, assessing scope, urgency, and impact to recommend rapid remediation.
• Track and document cyber incidents from detection to resolution.
• Conduct trend analysis and reporting on cyber incidents.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent cyber experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated cyber experience.
• IAT Level II certification (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security).
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience in a Cybersecurity Operations Center environment.
• Familiarity with COTS technologies common in SOCs.
• Strong understanding of security principles, techniques, and protocols.
• Must possess a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
