Client Support Technician - Strictly Local to MS

Location: 100% Onsite

Jackson, MS 39201

Contract role

1 year of contract
Likely to be extended past one year.  100% Onsite, do NOT submit remote candidates, must be able to report onsite from day one of assignment. 

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma, vocational training, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 1 to 4 years of relevant IT support or service desk experience.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Azure/Active Directory, basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), and endpoint security tools.
• Strong communication, patience, customer service mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft credentials.

Work Conditions & Strict Requirements

• Availability: Must be able to report onsite from day one of the assignment.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week).
