Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12-15 years of IT infrastructure/end-user computing experience.
• Extensive experience administering Microsoft Intune.
• Extensive experience administering Jamf Pro.
• Strong expertise in Windows and macOS endpoint management.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with Python automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise endpoint environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale endpoint deployments.
