Job Description:

We are looking to onboard a Nutanix resource in Canada, and the JD is shared below. Kindly share relevant profiles for our evaluation.

Install, configure, and maintain Nutanix Flow components and associated platform integrations.

Implement and deploy customer-approved security and micro-segmentation policies within Nutanix Flow.

Perform policy updates, modifications, and decommissioning activities based on approved change requests.

Monitor Nutanix Flow security events, policy enforcement status, and platform health.

Investigate and troubleshoot security policy violations, blocked communications, and segmentation-related incidents

Provide L3 support for Nutanix Flow platform incidents, problems, and service requests.

Implement, modify, and validate customer-approved micro-segmentation policies and security rules through the defined change management process.

Support policy tuning and optimisation to maintain application connectivity and security compliance.

Analyse and resolve communication failures, policy conflicts, and workload segmentation issues.

Monitor Flow platform health, policy enforcement status, and security-related alarms.

Support Nutanix Flow software upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.

Review logs and diagnostic information to identify security policy and platform issues.

Provide technical recommendations and best practices related to Nutanix Flow configuration and operations.

Support audit activities by providing policy configurations, logs, and operational evidence.

Collaborate with the Customer's Network and Security teams on policy implementation and issue resolution.

Escalate product defects and unresolved issues to Nutanix support as required and coordinate resolution.
