Job Description

We are seeking a Technical/Hardware Program Manager with experience in Consumer Electronics, Hardware NPI, Partner Operations, or Technical Program Management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·         Manage hardware lifecycle, NPI, EVT/DVT/PVT, Stage Gates and Gate 3 certification.

·         Drive testing/validation for cellphone screen protection and hardware accessories.

·         Manage OEM/ODM/supplier partners, agreements, NDAs, deliverables, and escalations.

·         Prepare executive-level PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations, status reports, scorecards and risk registers.

·         Coordinate sample logistics, testing, dogfooding, POs, trackers and launch schedules.

·         Conduct competitive/market analysis and support new accessory partner evaluations.

 

Required:

 

·         3–5+ years in Hardware TPM, Consumer Electronics, NPI, or Partner Operations.

·         Experience with EVT/DVT/PVT, hardware certification/testing and stage-gate processes.

·         Strong partner/vendor management and executive communication skills.

·         Experience with Smartsheet, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides or similar tools.

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
