Job description

We are seeking a Specialist, Lead Marketing Communications, to develop and execute marketing communication strategies that align with organizational objectives. This role involves drafting compelling content, refining messaging, and analyzing campaign performance.

Job Duties:

  • Analyzes marketing and promotional needs, and designs and implements marketing communications strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Drafts marketing communications, including promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, or brochures.
  • Reviews and edits messages to ensure that they are clear, thorough, on-brand, and seek to preserve the company's image.
  • Suggests ways of tailoring messages and delivery channels based on the targeted audience. Collects data on the performance of specific communications or campaigns.
  • Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
  • Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
  • May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement communication strategies to support company goals
  • Create and edit promotional materials such as publications, presentations and advertisements
  • Ensure messaging is clear, cohesive, and consistent with the company’s brand identity
  • Customize communication approaches based on target audience insights
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, collecting relevant data for performance evaluation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring or supervising others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and persuade effectively.
  • Creative thinker with the capacity to innovate in marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to optimize campaign performance
