Candidate needs to have 7+ years of experience in Oracle Order Management Cloud or CX Cloud
Should have experience in Customer Portal in the past, either a custom-developed customer portal or Oracle Commerce or iStore
Should have worked in Oracle Fusion for at least 3 years.
Should have a good understanding of how customer collaboration will work in an environment where customers can see sales order status via the customer portal, place orders via the customer portal, and view sales contracts via the portal
Collaborative product development with customers in the product development phase
Should have excellent communication skills
Should be able to run customer workshops with various business and IT stakeholders independently
