Job Description

Role Title: Migration PM / Change Lead (On-site)

Skills: Wave scheduling, business-unit kickoffs, mapping worksheets, RACI, data-owner sign-off, cutover comms and user guidance.

Windows Powershell, SharePoint 2016

Experience Required: 10 years

Role Description:

• Wave-based migration planning and cutover scheduling

• Business-unit kickoff facilitation and stakeholder management with non-technical data owners

• Mapping-worksheet methodology — folder ownership, backup owners, background applications, retention-flagged records, permission steps

• RACI construction and data-owner sign-off and attestation workflows

• ServiceNow intake and ticket-driven coordination

• End-user communications and training material authoring

• OneDrive end-user fluency: sync versus “Add shortcut to OneDrive”, Known Folder Move, replacing mapped drives with network shortcuts

• Risk and issue tracking with disciplined escalation
