We are seeking a motivated Insurance Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, assessing their needs, and customizing insurance programs to suit individual clients.

Insurance License and prior sales experience are preferred but not a requirement. We train, develop and license our own professionals. $75,000-$85,000. Top agents make $150,000+. Monthly commissions averages: new agents can typically expect to make between $2,000-$2,500/mo in commissions with top agents making $4,000-$4,500+/mo in commissions. Monthly bonus program up to $3,000/mo: new agents can typically expect to make around $1,500/mo in bonus with top agents making $3,000/mo in bonus.

Total commission/bonus compensation per month expectations: new agents can typically expect $3,500-$4,000 with top agents making $6,500-$7,000+
Must be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Spanish for this role. Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new business through superior leads referrals
• Conducting policy reviews to ensure proper coverage
• Generating quotes based on client needs
• Building strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Providing excellent support to current and potential clients

Requirements
•
A Personal Lines or Property Casualty license
•
1 year of insurance agency experience preferred

• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• This position requires an individual who is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Spanish
