The Role • Oversee and manage control accounts, authorizing and directing work within your assigned scope. • Develop and maintain the Control Account Plan, including resource allocation, schedule, and risk identification. • Verify and control costs associated with the control account, ensuring adherence to budget. • Conduct thorough variance analysis for cost and schedule, developing effective recovery plans. • Collaborate with Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to define Control Account scope, schedule, and budget. • Actively participate in program reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and other key stakeholder engagements. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 12+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience. • Proven knowledge of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), change management, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasting. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing project demands. • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and scheduling processes, including customer reporting (e.g., IPMR/IPMDAR). • Familiarity with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), cost/schedule development, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. • US Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
