Join our dynamic, innovative plaintiff personal injury law firm as a Marketing Manager, where you'll lead strategies that drive our brand forward. You'll lead a team committed to excellence, managing diverse marketing initiatives that span digital and traditional platforms. With us, you'll collaborate with leaders and internal departments to maintain our brand's consistency and engage in strategic decision-making. We're looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and a minimum of three years of marketing experience within professional services. Your strong digital marketing skills, including email marketing, social media management, and traditional/event marketing, will be essential. You'll need excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.

Developing an annual Marketing and Business Development plan and budget, including specifying key strategic and tactical objectives and means to achieve annual goals using both traditional and digital activities
Evaluating and analyzing the performance of campaigns and reporting to ownership
Create, maintain, and analyze law firm KPIs and reporting to ownership
Engaging in research and analysis, and competitive intelligence-gathering for strategic planning, competitive Firm positioning, and business development activities
Coordinating and integrating marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Digital and traditional media outlets
Managing third-party vendors and negotiating media buys
Drafting and maintaining up-to-date materials about the Firm’s staff and its activities in both traditional and digital formats
Managing day-to-day responsibilities to ensure that all assignments and projects are effectively managed and in alignment with the Firm’s overall strategic efforts
Working with Firm attorneys to develop and execute marketing/business development strategies, plans, and projects
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum of three years of marketing experience within professional services
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, social media management, and content marketing
Ability to evaluate and analyze campaign performance, providing insightful reports to stakeholders
Experience in coordinating and integrating marketing strategies across multiple channels
Proficiency in managing third-party vendors and negotiating media buys effectively and efficiently
