Job Description

• Lead the optimisation of the NetSuite environment, ensuring the platform delivers greater efficiency, automation, and business value across the finance function.
• Review and improve core finance processes across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Financial Accounting, reducing manual effort and system workarounds.
• Assess NetSuite's functionality across multiple entities and identify opportunities for alignment, standardisation, and process improvement across both entities.
• Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to redesign workflows and embed more efficient, system-driven ways of working.
• Act as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert, driving ongoing enhancements, best practice utilisation, and user adoption.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement workflow automation, AI tools, and emerging technologies to improve productivity and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Enhance reporting capabilities, dashboards, and data visibility to support more informed decision-making across the business.
• Own and drive the finance systems optimisation roadmap, proactively delivering continuous improvement initiatives and measurable efficiency gains.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience working with NetSuite in a finance systems, ERP optimisation, or finance transformation role, with a strong understanding of core finance processes.
• CA or CPA qualified, with the ability to combine commercial accounting knowledge with systems and process improvement expertise.
• Demonstrated success identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and delivering automation initiatives that create measurable business value.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across finance and operational teams.
• Proactive and hands-on, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives from concept through to delivery.
• A naturally curious mindset with an interest in leveraging emerging technologies, automation, and AI to improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
• Immediate or short notice availability is a bonus
